About this product
Curated Amiot-Servelle with provenance from Burgdy.
Born of the union of two wine-making families straddling Morey St-Denis and Chambolle Musigny, the wines of Armiot-Servelle are produced in a fresh, modern style which places minimal emphasis on oak and instead focuses on structure and purity of fruit. The wines are well-built to age, but so well-balanced that they can be enjoyed at any stage in their lives.

Bottle showed up well packed and cold. Give it 10+ years and it will be a star.
1) There is a bit of a disconnect between the nostalgia and the palette with the latter being shorter and lacking the expansiveness that the aromas suggest. 2) They will likely come together in time and if/when they do, this will be a excellent wine.
Five stars from us
Order shipped fast — label and fill level looked right. Would love to enjoy this with punugulu. La Paulée: Verticals Tasting; 3/5/2026-3/15/2026 (San Francisco): Cola, white pepper, and pine notes.
