Impressed by this Edition Champagne
Provenance paperwork matched what I expected. not blind Fresh, complex, base 2017, lean and acidity driven.
In the palate, the pour shows high intensity, very tight, austere, high freshness, grapefruit, quince, lemony, tiny bubbles that add to its tense and dense structure, long close.
low ratio of reserve wines... Keeping various possibilities open, but I'll probably give it at least a year before tasting it again. Glad we tried it.
This kept changing in the glass; from very full with brioche and honey to a more leaner style. \[Restaurant purchase\] At restaurant The Skiff Club\*\*, Pyla-Sur-Mer FR.
