About this product
Curated Billecart with provenance from Burgdy.
It combines all the richness of an aromatic curve, both complex and refreshing. Intense, fine notes of orchard fruits, associated with the character of stone fruits (Mirabelle plum and sweet cherry) and accentuated by the burst of a long floral note (hawthorn).
Food pairing: A good marriage of food and wine ideally provides more pleasure than enjoying either one separately. As each of us have different sensitivities to various flavours and preferences, the definition of 'perfect pairing' varies, and this makes up the fun part of food and wine pairing.

A serious 1998 Champagne
Finally opened the bottle I bought here. Cork was dry, but intact.
1998 Champagne — worth the hype
Intense mid-palate focused on lemon citrus acidity with a lengthy close with lots of citrus zest bitterness and minerals leaving a lovely saltiness on the lips.
Five stars from us
this bottle was truly singing tonight - certainly mature but so delicious and complex but with a distinct lightness and freshness to it - lovely.
