About this product
Curated Domaine Leflaive with provenance from Burgdy.
Most floral perfumed wine on the nose of all the wines in the tasting. On the palate it is elegant & delicate yet has deceptive power & has an extremely long finish that lingers. Clay-limestone soilfrom 4 parcels in the Batard-Montrachet appellation 1.9ha. Cooler nights resulted in higher than usual acidity with good conditions throughout the harvest allowed for ripe healthy fruit. Fermentation in oak casks 25% 6 months in tank prior to 12 mnths in oak. Top wine of flight & tasting. 5 Stars
