About this product
Curated Dujac with provenance from Burgdy.
Rusty cranberry color, wide watery meniscus, bricking on the edges. With overnight aeration in the bottle, the aromas start to show their age. A faint dusty aroma starts to lay over the cranberries and tart cherry aromas, soil and morel mushrooms add depth. Perfectly composed in the mouth. Great acid, fully integrated tannins, just mouth watering. Tart cherry, hints of black tea, savory morels, and orange rind all create a kaleidoscope of flavor. The long lingering finish remains, savory and mouthwateringly tart. Lovely! Brambly fruit, depth of mushroom, truffle notes, very charming. Sweet fruit, form line of tannin holding all together.
