Curated Dujac with provenance from Burgdy.
A bit bigger style of Echezeaux, with aromas of cooked strawberry, cooked cherry, extremely delicious, with some pretty direct funk, some spice, cinnamon, and flavors going back and forth between funk and fruit, however it gets a bit muted as it gets air. Very balanced, very interesting. Wonderful wine, with fantastic tannin structure. Lovely! Brambly fruit, depth of mushroom, truffle notes, very charming. Sweet fruit, form line of tannin holding all together.
