About this product
Curated Michel Noëllat with provenance from Burgdy.
Very soft and elegant nose. Fragrant red fruit and violets. incredible length, which becomes more and more expressive. There's a subtle vegetal note in there that I can't quite bring into words. amazing wine. Drunk way too young of course but that's what you get at wineries. Sweet aromas jumping out of the glass, with strawberry jam, black cherry, cinnamon, wet forest floor, baking spices. The purity of the fruit is undeniable. Smooth velvet robe of red cherry berry compote and tumeric on the palate, with medium body, medium acidity and fine grainy tannins that linger after the medium berry underbrush finish. Needs more time, but already excellent.
