Curated Amiot-Servelle with provenance from Burgdy.
Whole-bunch florals and primary red fruits here. A little nicely smoky too. Very fresh indeed. Good transparency. Very well balanced overall, towards the lean side on body. Highly mineral and great acidity. Again super fresh and nice floral notes followed through on palate. Good substance. Clean and persistent finish. Lovely! Brambly fruit, depth of mushroom, truffle notes, very charming. Sweet fruit, form line of tannin holding all together.
