Curated Amiot-Servelle with provenance from Burgdy.
Fresh, with eucalyptus and menthol to the blackberries and raspberries. Medium-bodied, bright and crisp with fine tannins and pretty length. Cabernet sauvignon with 10% cabernet franc and a touch of petit verdot. JS Lovely! Brambly fruit, depth of mushroom, truffle notes, very charming. Sweet fruit, form line of tannin holding all together.
