The medium-bodied NV Blanc de Blancs offers tons of clarity and precision at this level, with the lingering Ruinart sweetness on the finish. This Champagne has a strong following and it's easy to see why with the attractive ripe chardonnay fruits delivering white and yellow peach, mango, nectarine and lemon cream aromas and flavors.
