The final wine in this lineup reflects the warm vintage of 2015. ‘Les Amoureuses’ as a premier cru shows great potential. This climat has no less than 13 owners and Amiot-Servelle's own less than 0,45ha. The palate is rich within the context of pinot noir - candied sweets - marzipan even as the only one in the line-up - ripe cherry & strawberry - softened tannins and ample acidity to stay vivant. The last one in this tasting, and a grand one… Again a warmer vintage, generating a fuller wine with hints of marzipan, gravy, strawberries and roses. Lovely. Med acidity and tannic, à point. Pure, clean, precise. Slight bitter tone, layered and length. Delicious. Top wine. 17/18 pts
