About this product
Curated Gosset with provenance from Burgdy.
Exclusively from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Grand Cru vineyards. Dosage 7g/l aged 9 years on lees. The colour is golden with emerald reflections and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh, with a hint of menthol spicing up the fruity aromas of pink grapefruit. On the palate is clear and fresh with a touch of lemon as well as notes of green apple, brioche, butter, biscuit. The finish is long and fresh with notes of pineapple and citrus.
