Curated Amiot-Servelle with provenance from Burgdy.
Very unique and characteristic Chadonney from Hakodate, Japan. Fragrant, honey-like and elegant stonefruits. Mellow but solid backbone on its flavor. This wine is one of the uniquest and the best white in Japan. Medium yellow color. Aroma of peach, apricot, mineral, acacia, honeysuckle, white pepper and vanilla. High acidity and high alcohol. Medium body. Medium+ flavor intensity. Medium+ finish. Lovely! Brambly fruit, depth of mushroom, truffle notes, very charming. Sweet fruit, form line of tannin holding all together.
