Opened the Salon Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs after a short decant. Length is very great. 2 people found this helpful, do you?
Lovely pour
Finally opened the bottle I bought here. Medium gold, lemon brioche, lemon bar, mineral limestone, bread notes are apparent, mousse is present and beginning to wane.
1) Honestly, snappy, lively, fresh, green apple. 2) Not honestly strutting it's stuff though, but a saline and persistent finish.
Opened the Salon Le Mesnil Blanc de Blancs after a short decant. Honestly, But it was worth it. For us, Single greatest champagne experience ever!
